Who qualifies

Four things, and none of them is a credit score.

Business
A US business or self-employed owner

18 or older and authorized to act for the business. Not offered in California and New York.

Trading
About 3 months in business

Long enough for a funder to see a pattern in what comes in.

Revenue
About $1,500 a month

Card sales, invoices paid, deposits. An advance is sized against these receipts, not against a salary.

Account
A business bank account

It is where a funder would send the advance and collect its share of receipts.

Commercial use only, never personal.

An advance is for running the business: stock, repairs, payroll, a slow week. It is not offered for personal, family or household use.

What we never ask for

  • A fee to use Velomora, ever: before, during or after
  • A payment up front to release an advance
  • A perfect credit score before you are allowed to ask

Anyone who contacts you asking for an up-front payment to release an advance is not us, and is not a funder we work with. Report it and stop.

One request

$100-$5,000for the business, and no fee to ask.

It takes a few minutes, it costs nothing, and it does not affect your credit score. What happens after that is a funder’s decision, and then yours.
